Bar cutting work becomes much easier to organise when the machine is made for repeated reinforcement cutting. Our SCM 42 Bar Cutting Machine is developed for construction sites where steel bars need to be cut in regular cycles. We manufacture and supply this semi-automatic model from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a 3.7 kW (5 HP) motor, 87 strokes per minute capacity and a machine weight of 449 kg.
Built Around Smooth and Controlled Cutting
The SCM 42 uses a double-stage helical gearbox design to reduce speed and support longer blade life. The gears undergo heat treatment and precision grinding, helping the gear system work smoothly. A dynamically balanced flywheel also helps reduce vibration and noise while cutting.
The cutting blades are made from special hardened steel and are designed for cutting small and large diameter steel rods. The machine also has sheet metal components that provide protection against rust and support longer machine use.
